Reeeeeeally angry, but I don't so this is on behalf of PLC users that used their optional respec to spec into caldari assault specifically for tne reload speed buff. Technically this is a stealth nerf to PLC, now I have no choice but to spec into commando which will drastically reduce my stopping power. Now the best way to fit a PLC is likely gallente assault, and guess what I respecced from. Yep, I was originally gallente assault until I respecced for caldari assau.t reload speed. Thanks CCP, I guess I have to wait longer to comeback.

Even without the reload speed skill being weapon specific yet, you can shave of 0.525 off you reload at max level. It's another SP sink, but better than nothing.

Thats the plan now since I dont have many other options So many SP sinks and way too much time to fill them up

I will try to simplify it the best I can, since the weapon has only 1 shot in the clip the reload speed is the rate of fire. It can only fire as fast as it reloads. You cannot convince me that I would rather have 10% bonus to shield extenders.

Severance: CCP are not thinking about what they do with the suits correctly. Caldari bonus was awesome for plasma cannon and shotguns. Now they have f*cked over all of the caldari assault plasma/shotgun users. Lets just hope we get a plasma cannon buff soon enough. Until then, I will main an Ishukone SMG, or not play at all.
