I don't play anymore but if I did I would be angry. Reeeeeeally angry, but I don't so this is on behalf of PLC users that used their optional respec to spec into caldari assault specifically for tne reload speed buff.
Technically this is a stealth nerf to PLC, now I have no choice but to spec into commando which will drastically reduce my stopping power.
Now the best way to fit a PLC is likely gallente assault, and guess what I respecced from. Yep, I was originally gallente assault until I respecced for caldari assau.t reload speed.

Even without the reload speed skill being weapon specific yet, you can shave of 0.525 off you reload at max level. It's another SP sink, but better than nothing.
I already have it capped. |

Works out better for people that run AR, but I run PLC. Try PLC, try not to wish it reloaded faster. I will try to simplify it the best I can, since the weapon has only 1 shot in the clip the reload speed is the rate of fire. It can only fire as fast as it reloads. You cannot convince me that I would rather have 10% bonus to shield extenders. |
