Unfortunately not. You can only join one by leaving your corp, though, you get out in a random NPC corp. |

Guristas are pirates right?
I don't think you can join any primary corporations/entities in the game. Just the secondary random corporations that are in EVE. |

Back when I joined, the default corps were all pirate factions (you can still see them here http://dust514.com/universe/corporations/)
I remember my first character whose name was a typo (mcbob mcbob) was gallente, and in Serpentis. |
