Just something I noticed, why are the Amarr assault suits missing a slot across the board compared to the other races? In terms of total Slots they come in at 9 where every other race gets 10...

The other races can't handle our swag brother.
(also the fact that the type of weapon we use actually get legitimate bonuses from our skills) and that we can have the most EHP of all classes if we build our suit right...

It's fine because it's balanced by the fact that Amarr suits are also the slowest across the board.
Oh wait, that's just more drawbacks. Honestly I think it has to be because we look too good, it's the only reasonable explanation. |

Our base shield and armor trumps the other suits simply because It's equal. So we give up a slot for it. Logistics has a sidearm at prototype to make up for loss of shield. |

We also sport the best CPU & PG of all the Assault Suits, giving us choises to put in Quality Modules over Quantity of Modules.

Actually, the Amarr Logistics class, aside from getting like 3 Equipment slots at proto and having less modules, has unbalanced health.
Amarr Assault = 180s/180a Amarr Logistics = 120s/180a

No clue on this one, its crappy accross the board, and it doesnt even have a decent PG to fit everyting you need. |

You've been lied too....

Amarr suits in general suck, their only perk being that they're the cheapest fully fitted suits(thanks too low slot count), easiest to fit(low slots and extra PG/CPU) and the most stylish, this makes them Ideal coffins |

I put level 1 into Amarr Logistics only to feel my hopes crumble. I have proto nanohives and injectors but it doesn't mean anything when I was going to shield tank. It hardly brought shield above armor with the modules I used. |

This, mainly. Why take away our ability to chose how to fit. If this is the only way to differentiate the way the Amarr suits work for racial flavor, it's **** balancing and lazy ideas. |

You get more base eHP and you get more CPU/PG. The CPU/PG part is important, while Gallente/Caldari suits can fit on their proto suit a bunch of advanced stuff and maybe 2-3 prototype stuff, an Amarr suit can fit mostly everything proto and maybe one or two advanced. So in the end Amarr are pretty much equal in that regard. |

More eHP -> Less speed More CPU/PG -> Less slots Stunning good looks -> Free! ... OMFG, must be nerfed!

The Logi really shouldn't be penalised with less PG than the other races, though.
Assault bonus is actually pretty great if you are using lasers. They do more damage the longer the trigger's pressed so the amount of extra firing time earned is time in which the beam is at maximum damage output. Give it a better ADS and a tracking speed limitation that isn't godawful and you might see them used to greater effect on the field once adequately invested in.
