Anybody currently playing the Commando Suit now? Have anyone got the hang of it or ditched it in the dust? |

I've been using the advanced commando with laser rifle, assault scrambler rifle, and repair tool for nearly two weeks now and definitely have gotten the hang of it. The Commando is more of a support role IMO, so having a weapon like the laser rifle or mass driver to provide some ranged support while still being able to carry an assault weapon to defend yourself in case someone gets by is most excellent. The repair tool is my equipment of choice for this suit since I'm mostly at the back of squads so anyone who gets wounded and falls back for safety ends up right next to me.
The long shield delay, slow shield regeneration, and lack of modules for any decent armor repair makes it a poor choice to use in an aggressor role. |

Hardly getting enough kills with it for trying to play carefully.
Currently using a Plasma Cannon and AR with Allotek Nanohive (R) but I need more HP to play aggressively.
On the plus side I can bunny hop constantly with this suit. |

Most common complaint ive heard was fitting (PG and CPU amounts) is albit low, I am just now lvl 2ing all my stuff no I haven't had a chance to unlock it. |

I dont play the role
but I would stay close to the objective
pack a repair tool or nanite injector
and most important I would use the hell out of that melee power they have

If the CPU/PG is low, then the Commando isn't overpowered. Having two Light Weapon slots may make it look fearsome, but still balanced regardless. I've read in the other thread that the Commando is better suited for anti-sniper work. Don't know if anyone used a sniper rifle for the Commando, but I'm curious about that. |

Not so good honestly. It plays like a logi should play. Low killing power and fragile but with the ability to support teammates. |

Wow, when you put it that way, it motivates me to get the Commando suit. I usually use Proto Logi, so I'm good with support and I also snipe, so the Commando will work. |

You'll only get the one equipment slot, so if you want to revive and rep, you'll have to stick to a logi suit. |

I rarely rep and sometimes revive when I can, but I use drop uplinks frequently to get my troops in. So I might use just that. |
