Flank around targets that have been seen by your blueberries.Scout for enemies that haven't seen you, run at the target that hasn't seen you. Walk, charge, swing! Key here is to walk, quickly fully charge and kill. A pro knifer will drop him/her in one swing. If he doesn't drop, switch to secondary, or swing twice to prove a point 
I think they should add a new knife that doesn't need to charge. That way you'll hit R1 to kill instead of release. We need new knives anyways, new designs too, I suggest for some type, that you're allowed to throw like a ninja and then they explode. Jump throw, explode or burst into flames! We'll also be able to close the gap better with mid-range capability.
Allow us to charge while running. We also need the scans/damps. to work in order for us to kill more effectively. Alot of the time in close quarter combat, I lose track of my enemy and I wonder where he went, it causes confusion.
Perhaps add different knife animations, we are all doing the same stabs. If two nova knifers hit each other at the same time, there would be a clink and reduced damage, the knife with highest damage will deal more. It'll make for interesting knife fights.

Oh my gosh, they look so nice. So which knife will you be using? Will there be loyalty bonus, Amarr with Amarr nova knifes? That's what I'll use, but I like the gallente knives. |

Minmatar naturally. 
I'm expecting the minmatar scout to have it's racial bonus changed to give a damage bonus to minmatar knives, but otherwise I don't expect any other racial bonuses.
And that gallente knife looks pretty damn radical. |
