KDR is just a number that means nothing. Literally, nothing. It's a bragging point, something you can stroke your Epeen and sperg all over the faces of people who read your posts. People on these forums do it all the time. To goons it holds no value. It brings no ISK, doesn't give free dropsuits and it doesn't cause your merc's eyeballs to melt in his helmet screaming while we flash naughty images of tubgirl on the battlefield and play the Safety Dance at 3000 Decibels. Well, ok it's valuable in that we get merry little psycho-giggles at the thought of you screaming in frustration and throwing your controller through your 3000 dollar TV. The very idea that our victims are willing is hilarious. Our preferred victims are, in fact, snipers in faction warfare, for whom KDR is a precious, precious thing. I'll cheerily tell you I'd rather squad with a single goon who has a KDR of .3 over five of you tryhard spergs with a KD of 4 or higher. Because I hate you. Oh and to the merry little sperg who's been posting in all caps? You're actually violating more of the EULA CCP has put forth than we ever have by running your mouth. I have said it once before: The more you disapprove, the more fun it is for me.
