((I actually had, like, three different ideas of how to kill off Niina too. BTW, even though I made her my alt I have literally NEVER made her fight, and I never will. She's used specifically for the logistical end of running businesses and is passively funded by Galm.))

"Yes, thank you for that by the way. While it is only a minor inconvenience now, death is something I try to avoid at every available opportunity. I'm just not cut out to be a soldier I suppose."

She looks off pensively.

"Have you ever seen Galm fight? That boy has had his entire life to hone his skills. The videos I see of him when he's on the battlefield... Spirits, sometimes I wonder if he's even the same person when bullets start flying. I'd never hope to keep up with soldiers like him."

A sadness passes over her as she lets out a halfhearted sigh.

"I had completely different reasons for choosing immortality."

"C'mon...you still got the stain on your face." She puts her hand on Demel's hip and walks towards the office.

Niina shakes her head.

"Not Galm. He's different. I know you probably think I have some sort of biased, but you need to understand. It isn't about skill with him, it's about ferocity. He will just throw himself at **** without any personal regard for his own safety. He'll run at lines of tanks with a... Godsdamn assault rifle!"

Just the thought of her protector dying over and over again in vein is enough to upset her.

"I don't know what the Dragonaurs did to him, but when he fights it's like he isn't even human anymore. It gets hard... Watching him do that to himself over and over again."

She calms down, feeling defeated.

"I'm not weak. I don't want to be treated like I'm weak. But it makes you feel helpless when your friend rips fools asunder for a living and all you can do is push some papers. "

*Doniken laughs a little*

"only if you know the relations of faction warfare"

"Just making sure. I was advised avoid certain individuals while staying in the Summit. I have no idea who to avoid without a face to match with em. I'm told to stay clear of some fool named Aztec until Galm can make his way back."

She looks around worried.

"Thanks for all the help soldier. I think I'll go find something to occupy my time for a bit."
