Note: This is just about the stock infantry variant; the vehicle repair is fine to my knowledge.
I'm probably the only LLAV driver to say this, but I don't like death-taxiing. As a logi infantry, I'd much rather care-bear it and support my team, but the repair tool on the LLAV is virtually unusable.
The problems are with the targeting and the cool down times. The locks break too easily, requiring a total shut down of the module to reset, and the long durations for both usage and cool down mean its only practice use is to put it on a heavy so he can try and god-mode kill, not very logi-like.
So, I propose these fixes:
The Nanohive/ AoE: Treat the LLAV as a triage hive. This is the best fix imho as it is simple, effective, and opens the door to variants such as ammo and hybrid. I won't get into specific stats, but the cluster should be big enough to support a whole squad that's close enough but have a moderate repair rate that doesn't make infantry invinceable. Durations should be on the longish side, maybe like 30 sec on/off? Idk, it's not my place to decide that stuff.
Multi-Tracking: This keeps the same mechanics but changes a few things. First, multiple tracking, idk if this should be a set number or if it could be upgraded by the remote repair skill, but it should be about 3-5 locks at a time. Next, either add the ability to relock without shutting down the module or shorten the cool down durations. Also, give more grace before breaking the locks and add a set range. Perhaps a lower repair rate for balance.
These are my ideas for the LLAV RRT. Hopefully there will be more team support and less death-taxiing. Feel free to add, critique, agree, etc as you wish.

PS Other fixes on my mind:
Remove the turret for extra seats, logis mean transport too. Remove the sheild repair, it's pointless, also it doesn't give points, so either get rid of it or let it give triage points too. Give points (like even +5 or +3) to vehicle and infantry active scanner spot assists. Do something to keep blueberries from taking my vehicle when I get out for a short time (squad access only to driver, lengthen access time, something!). FIX THE BLASTED TURRET DAMAGE KILLING ME FROM THE SEAT!!! I understand actually getting hit, but right now it's just going through the LAV and hurting me directly. That's enough whining for now.
