That was one pathetic game. Ignore the grenade spam and thats basically any pub match you care to name.
Good to see Friendly Fire though. We badly need that in matches (bar academy). Insta-kill? The kills I saw with it, the guy recording it had no shields- on a caldari suit. |

Well, it's not just his aiming...the way he places uplinks is pretty abysmal too. I mean, who puts an uplink in the wide open where people are forced to spawn in an area that is super well visible to the enemy?
From the video it seems he's part of the "spray and pray" crew |

They should be much easier to destroy, I think- so much that 1 stray bullet from an SMG at absolute range will destroy them. That way, placement matters. |

Yeah, the "whoever spams the most uplinks wins" gameplay we currently face (especially in domination) is pretty ridiculous. Should be fixed to 2-3 uplinks per capture point and team tops. |

You, and a few other TPers, seem quite butthurt despite winning the first two battles. If there was such a thing as sore-winners, you definitely qualify It's because you guys are lame. You depend on crutches to play like you guys are good. You depend on crutches to keep up with us. Get good and stop using flavor of the month. Out of curiosity, what did you run with? Shotgun and M1 Locus nades. I don't need a crutch.. http://www.twitch.tv/electricbodily/b/429735334Fast forward to 16:35 This scrub spammed 4 contact nades at me instead of gun fighting me. Pretty much a typical 1v1 vs Kujo. Even in pubs he spams Thukkers in 1v1.
Are you saying that a shotgun isn't a crutch or are u just being sarcastic? =P |

EDIT: Heres an AAR (After Action Review) for those wondering the numbers. The main areas of engagement were in the city, specifically the window building at B and bridge building near A. C saw some heavy fighting as well. When looking at these numbers remember this was mainly a cqc engagement making HMGs/Shotguns/Explosives more effective. I didn't count the shotty deaths, but I did see a lot of those kills scrolling in the kill log. Also this video is from one view point, so some of the assists will not be included.
The numbers were pretty even. However TPs had a significant amount of shotgun/mass driver kills. This was offset by HL having some shotgun kills and quite a few tank kills.
Team Players:
Kills through contact grenades: 21 Known assists through contact grenade damage: 3 Kills through explosive weapons (Locus/MDs/FLPs/Remote Explosives, trap and defensive): 54
Hellstorm Inc:
Kills through contact grenades: 20 Known assists through contact grenade damage: 4 Kills through explosive weapons (Locus/MDs/FLPs/Remote Explosives, trap and defensive): 41

The "I only did it because he did it!" arguement you're using is like something you'd hear from a three year old.
Also, dont group Contact Nades with MDs, MDs require skill, Fused Nades dont. |

Just pointing out what you completely missed. I grouped all explosives together because in a cqc area like that giving lots of area for explosions near the target you're shooting around. Saying MDs require skill in situations like that is pretty dumb.
Now if we're on level ground 20 meters away from eachother and you kill with an MD...strong work. But whenever you rush around a corner and shoot in the general direction of someone in a room or near a wall and 'manage' to hit them with a 6.6 meter explosion range, thats not skill; thats just pulling the trigger. Look at the places where most of the fighting was happening. Area around A, B, and C. And all of those little corridors, rooms, walkways etc are around the detonation range of the freedom mass driver...
They made an excellent choice in using mass drivers in that situation, as the kills show it was very effective.
Also I love how you completely zoned out when you got to the AAR. Well partially true, you did mention that MDs take skill, and I'd argue thats not true in a cqc city map. This is the kinda thing you'd hear from a standard issue, unimaginative forum warrior. |

All the AAR told me is that you're crying because Teamplayers got one more kill with a Fused Nade.
In the end, Teamplayers are the better corp (Sorry Hellstorm), they dont all focus on AR + Cal Logi, they have the best Shotgunners in the game, a guy running an MD and some amazing Scouts, although Hellstorm have some of that stuff, they certainly dont like to field it in a match.

Jesus...trolling really has gone down hill in the last 5 years hasn't it? At least keep your timelines straight. You hoped on here complaining about Caldari logi suits and spam, then jumped on Kujo for saying shotguns are ez mode...in this city map the definitely are. Then jump on me for pointing out that people saying "omg he spaming contact nades" should also say it about the other team or themselves since there was someone that was playing on the other team...ya know the one that actually used them more often.
Now to answer the terrible attempt at trolling...we do fine in LOI, and if we were a liability I doubt we would have been added to the alliance. If you can't see how a shotty/MD/contact grenades/FLPs are strong, and insanly strong on city areas like the one where the match was, then maybe u should go back to FB games...because trolling and FPS aren't in the cards for ya. |

Oh hell no, in pub matches you can't kick other players, so some troll will start blowing his teammates away willy-nilly with railguns or snipers from way-off yonder, or remote-explosive the MCC etc.

Yes. Aim at the shoulder that is furthest ahead in their line of movement (if they are moving to your left, aim at their shoulder thats on your left) and pull the trigger...its not hard to do unless ur garbage at tracking. Now you need to be able to shoot from 1-5 meters out, which in city combat is easy to do. Camp corners, boxes, force them into positions with nades, etc. Have you ever played an FPS at all? Or do you just fight the forum wars all day? |

Want to find out if you're a Cal Logi or not, but you're dodging the question, so you most likely are.
You've obviously never used a Shotgun this build, aiming is completely off, and hitboxes are ****, its not as 'ez' as you'd think. |

Proto Gallente Logi, with access to proto ARs (can't fit them in most cases), complex armor, adv shields, and tier 3-4 nanotech/repair tool/drop-up links. Ohh and nova knives for when I'm trolling...also I do get some hate mail for my 'Dren' shotty sometimes, especially from heavies. When u jump towards them aim the gun at their chest most of the rounds go into their face...they seem to hate that.
Next time just ask instead of beating around the bush for 2-3 posts, thanks in advance. |
