The Mass Driver is a Light Weapon, and has one of the longest reload times in the game.
The Flaylock fires fast as hell, and you can reload it faster than an SMG with comparable damage output to a Mass Driver, which is the problem.
I'm still just waiting until Remnant finishes rebalancing the Logi suits, and this place will be DROWNING in "GIVE US RESPECS FOR AURUM" threads as all those people desperately try to figure out the next easy-win button. |

To beat the dead horse, please tell me how the other logi suits are unbalanced? This was never a problem in Chrome, where the Minmitar Logi had 35 more eHP than it does now... 
I was referring to Caldari Logi. I'll be more specific.

I think the Scrambler Pistol headshot bonus needs to be toned down a bit as well?

Weapons that rely on splash damage are fine as long as they have drawbacks.
