Problem is, most corps are, for want of a better / polite word, cowards. They won't attack in fear of retaliation, and i can't blame them.

Attack the wrong person and you stand the risk of being wiped out of PC... and tbh, if you've insulted someone enough, you might never have a district in peace.

So good luck to the small corps wiling to take the risk, and step up to the plate. But choose your side wisely

TBQH, TP and others have made a concerted effort for weeks to take and give away districts to smaller corps, and many of those are also somewhat appreciative to the point that they will remain unaligned and stay out of the big war so that they can have gud fites with other smaller corps. Outside a kind of joyous "Burn it all!!!!! This is New Eden!!!" viewpoint, that's the desirable end-state anyway - let the big kids duke it out while the smaller ones play in the corner of the sandbox.

Fact is any unaligned corp with <5 districts exists due to the whims of the larger alliances - if only due to PC mechanics. It takes a lot of people on a corp roster to ensure 16 are on every day at a certain time. Honestly CRONOS is the only one that could throw a wrench in anything but both warring parties would probably look at each other, go "time out? yeh..." and go smack the **** out of SI if it ever got to be a major annoyance just due to the historic animosity between the other alliances and CRONOS. ROFL could come play I guess; I'm not up on the politics - are they on a side?

Cronos is still fighting EON and always has been. Might Add Eon just threw attacks down on 6 more of our districts prior to the LoI/EON war braking out. So for us nothing changes other than we might actualy get to fight some eon corps instead of them ringing 95% of the time.

and hours before they weren't under attack so hmmmm some sort of deal was made here if we are now in fact attacking you rather than Hellstorm which is what I thought we were doing...
