Anyone ells really looking forward to this?
The new blog releasing future items I'm certain is a year away at least but they have released info on the the game types for PVE but we still have no further info. They have released pictures and videos depicting the rats and everything seemed almost complete and yet no info since fanfest.
Any speculations on the payout for this? Will/should they pay equal to a skirmish or ambush? |

We had this conversation like 6 months ago. Hence no replies. PvE is a serious insult at this point. They played like 20 minutes of pve at fanfest 2011! Where did it go? |

yeah it has been soooo long sence CCP was talking about the drones. aparently they can play it in the office, really thought itd be here to dust 3 months later. oh well |

You must mean Fanfest 2013, they talked about it there. We aren't getting new content for awhile, their fixing the core stuff, just wait awhile, it will get here soon enough. |

I'm hoping there are several PvE missions, each one harder then the last and scaling equally with rewards and difficulty. Make it truly interesting where if you "lose" the PvE game then you receive no rewards. |

Yep, it will be worth it. I imagine CCP has teams working on new content as we speak, but not full force. They need to fix the game and they are. I give it ill 2.0, I bet we'll see a huge improvement/content release by then. |

Yes but will they release it before I deploy at the end of the year? They have a habit of releasing crap right after I can't get on for several months. :( |

I have to admit,at this point,PVE could be a big double edge sword.A lot of people are looking forward to it,but there are only about 3500~4500 regular players on right now,so that PVP will probably be split in half.Cutting the battles in half like that could possibly have a bad effect on the game overall,as queues will probably take longer,and overall boredom from fighting the same people over and over and over again will make the game tedious.
On the other hand,maybe PVE will bring a lot of players back that were tired of the LAV and HAV spam,and overall cheap ass gameplay from real players.
Either way,it's all a moot point because chances are,by the time we see PVE,most people will be playing something else anyway.I hate to admit it,but BF4 and GTA V are going to get a lot of people off of Dust,and a lot of which might never come back. |

ya I don't see why they wouldn't but I wouldn't count on it for the PS3 version since we don't even got drones on the ps3 version and we supposedly were gonna have PVE in 2012 |

I'm looking more to the PVE content, as for PVP.
I hope we get some solo and group missions, that we can do pve every time we like and I'm hoping for some unique loot, equipment that can only be found in PVE.
EDIT:
I'm heaving trouble finding the fanfest PVE videos and information. Someone have it? |

I think I'll be doing some PvE myself when I want to just chill a little, but the main reason I'm looking forward to it is because I think it'll be a big step towards keeping new players, and Dust can't afford to keep pushing those guys away.
The infamous Eve Online learning curve has nothing on Dust right now. |

This kind of gameplay would keep new players, because, lets be honest ... No one likes losing. This proto stomping in pub matches will only make it worst as time passes.
This ... Would REALLY add the MMOFPS that we dream. Not this lobby FPS that the market is flooded with |
