In principle, the purpose of a war crimes inquiry should be like lancing a boil: bringing horrors committed on either hand into the light, so that resentments do not fester. You are correct that if it is one-sided, it is mere propaganda. If it is even-handed and, ideally, carried out by a neutral party such as the Sisters of Eve, it can be a basis for healing. I'm not at all sure we're at a stage where that is possible. Such an undertaking, even by a neutral party, would find its inquiries hopelessly politicized by each side constantly pointing to new atrocities by the other. Also, there is the difficulty of fact-finding in a war zone. We are all too busy creating horrors to stop and examine our handiwork. So ... this seems to come early. Perhaps a record of allegations might be kept, at least, to be examined in the aftermath of whatever is to come?

So you want to just the quilty people go on without punisment,maybe we start look closer your case You should stop here before you embarrass yourself too much and get an eternal stamp of wannabe superhero(which we technically are but different topic). Unless CONCORD has legalized your activities, you'll forever remain a vigilante group. And seriously, you're asking clone soldiers in the IGS to report on your supposed "warcrimes". You're just setting yourself up for failure, it is up to you how spectacular you made it. And also, last I checked there hasn't been any wars between the empires, only minor skirmishes and heated relations. If you're trying to look into capsuleer and clone soldier wars, pretty much everything is allowed in them and there's nothing you can do to stop it. And finally, not everything is so black and white that you can just point a finger at a person or group and say he/they is/are guilty of your supposed "warcrimes", we aren't living in a fantasy holonovel. So please, save us all the trouble and stop pretending to be a superhero before CONCORD comes. P.S. Eye-witness reports? Those aren't biased and inaccurate ever obviously.

While true I have found it to be an extremely potent weapon even in these dark times. The unrighteous have stepped from the darkness bringing with them the heretical weapons named after Duvolle Industries, and as well those crude tools of Matari design. However they have become arrogant and the purity of Amarrian Faith manifest in my laser will find them and scorch them from the earth and back into the darkness from whence they came.
