The logi gk.0 suit with 5 low slots is giving me odd info i have 3x enhanced armor plates and 2x complex armor reps if i swap out the repper for a basic armor plate it tells me that my movement speed has gone up and does the same thing if i swap out my last repper with a basic plate the speed go's up again  |

I will have a look tonight. But in theory that is possible it would depend on how stacking penalty are implementet. If the movement penalty applies to the lower value first (and I think it does thats why the thing with ferroscales works) you could reduce the movement penalty by adding plates with a lower penalty.
So in your case your default would be
enhanced Plate 1: 5% Movement penalty
enhanced Plate 2: 0,87 *5% Movement penalty -> 4.35 %
enhanced Plate 3: 0,57 *5% Movement penalty -> 2,85 %
=>12.2
basic plate 1: 3%
enhanced Plate 1: 0,87 * 5% Movement penalty -> 4.35 %
enhanced Plate 2: 0,57 *5% Movement penalty -> 2,85 %
enhanced Plate 3: 0,28 *5% Movement penalty -> 1,40 %
=>11,6
Add in another basic plate and you can further reduce your overall movement penalty... |

Nice maths but it seem silly that im faster with 4-5 plater then 3-4with a repper |

There's some bizarre maths going on with the armour plates right now. I'm eager to find some way to exploit it :P
Throw a couple of ferroscale into the mix & watch what happens. |
