and then maybe people wont use them as mobile battering rams maybe theyll use them to actualy heal and help not bash and smash also raise their price on the market to make it hurt when they do pop . if i have to pay 1.5 mil for a tank that has 1\4 of the survival rate of the logi lavs then they should be pretty close to that mark too |

Reducing the base shield regen on Charybdis' won't do anything. You survive all those AV nades/forge guns/swarms by tanking, resists, and speed, not by shield regen. The only vehicle with halfway decent shield regen is the Ishukone Watch Saga, and it starts out with only 57% of the base shield that the Charybdis has. With two light supplemental shield extenders on there, it becomes a poor man's Charybdis.
In all honesty, with the improvement in RDV deployment time, you are better off using two shield extenders rather than shield boosters. If your shields go down all you need to do is drive to the outskirts of the map and call in another LLAV - by the time you recall the first one, a new one will be waiting. |

I regen most of my stuff VIA my Clarity Booster, not my passive.
Clarity Booster, Azo Shield Extender, a pair of Ward damage reductions, and a pair of local PG extenders is what I run. |

If you want people to use Logi LAVs for their intended purpose then CCP needs to do something about the entire Remote Repair system for vehicles. Right now it's extremely cumbersome to get a lock and maintain a lock on the people you wish to actually support. Beyond that I think they should play with ideas regarding having Logi LAVs provide ammo to infantry much the same way a nanohive would and decreasing the max speed to give reason for people to use the Scout / Normal LAV variants over it. |

Just thought of a new remote repair mechanic for friendly infantry.
You ram them, and the longer the distance you drag them, the more healing they get!
Seriously though, I think the Logi LAV would be better used in a support role if it could act as a mobile supply depot - make this a built in module instead of the repair, with a long cool down and short duration, maybe 15-30 seconds.
The catch is that the module shuts off if the driver gets out (i.e. you can't use it to restock yourself unless someone else takes the wheel) but you do get points when your teammates resupply or change fits using it). Alternatively you could make the LLAV more vulnerable during the resupply period - like it can't move while in supply depot mode unless the module is turned off, and/or its shields/armor are slowly reduced while the module is active. |
