I did.
When they were worth 2000 a piece CCP had under valued them.
They had left them at basic prices and gave it proto stats
^_^ now they have fixed the price to be in line with the rest of the proto weapons.
So I bought 3000 units at 2000 each, (6mil total)
Now each one is worth 47k
That's a return of 2500%
And now valued around 150mil.

Because it totally wasnt good enough as a standard variant, nope, absolutely needed to have more damage. |

Bought me 1k of em. Not sure if I ever skill into sniper. They may be valued higher now, but its gonna take a while till we see trading of items. And by that time, all the modules I bought for 60AUR that are now 4000AUR will net me WAY more than theese rifles.. |

when I can sell the rifles, they should net me around 2 or 3 billion.
that said I do actually use them when I fight so by the time we can actually sell these things I might not make any profit heh |

You could still buy all of the modules now and make a good turn around,
The stimulus complex shield extended at 40 AUR sells at 4275 ISK, and I'm sure will always need in high demand thanks to shield tankers
The static complex shield recharger at 40 AUR sells at 5925 ISK, but might be harder to move
