I loved the guys at IO. Gotta give props to Hevay Breaks, Heavy Salvo, Seed Dren, Dingo, Smexy and Tank Gorillarape, and the other boys I played so so so so many matches with (Especially CSR and Deadeyes). And also a shout out is deserved to K-con (who played almost as many IO battles as me) and Arirana, Revoltz, Korbrah, Kasshern, Spolglyboy, and so many others who played battle after battle to help IO out. I hope all these IO guy find a great home (I hear Spongly has setup a quality home for refugees).
As someone who was watching from the outside, I can't immagine the stress IO has been under and commend them for being strong in the face of adversity.
Cheers my brothers. |

Kicked a director to assert power?
Did everone ditch IO so Deadeyes empties wallet to make sure they didn't get screwed there earnings? I was demoted along with sample (another director) because we worked with Teamplayers to set up an important timely district trade without first getting approval from Nikia who wasn't online at the time. It was really just the final straw for me, convinced him to give me roles back and jumped ship with the black box. As far as I know I was the last remaining director (IO had 6 quit before me), I just decided to take a parting gift for me and all the members who helped Ill Omens survive in PC as long as it has. Niks not a bad guy really, just has a hot head and like to have lots of control. It made being a director a total pain at times, (10x worse when you are the director who always disagreed with him), but I had some good times with him and Omens as well makes my move bittersweet. Stealing from your friends is not really easy for me, It's why I'm a terrible thief and I'm giving almost all of it back to the members I stole from. To me leaving all the ISK in a wallet only Nikia has access to is a worse loss for our members. He is the guy offering 200mil to take an SI district, I'd rather see our guys get ISK than watch some revenge fantasy destroy everything we've earned. *by the way that promotion is canceled* haha if he was higher up in command then that means u messed up. not following orders/chain of command
Matt, I know you. You're wrong about this and anyone who knows Nik knows deadeyes made the best decision he could under the circumstances. The situation that got him demoted was a classic case of cognitive dissonance on Nikia's part. |

And yeah im pretty sure its not because of our **** game play because well the 14 yr old that keeps posting here and his little butt buddy (i think his name starts with a 1 or a 3 i cant remember >.>) doesnt liked to be killed more than once so they rage quit after the first death
Just letting you know how ur corp is doing since u dont play anymore ;)
lol you saying 13ear and some 14 year old who I assume is almighty rage quit matches? Okay I might give you almighty does it - lol
In my experience 13ear doesn't ragequit. I've seen him play doms where we put up good fights and won and have killed him 5+ times in a match and he never gave up or sat back just to farm kills. He stuck at playing for the win. Gotta give respect for that. Don't know if it's changed, just my experience in the past. |

Well Done. Assuming everyone else has been paid and you still got money left over get in touch with me. <3 |

I'm honestly not sure whether Deadeyes was right or not. Nikia's failure to lead and put together the 40+ fights he apparently lost to SI over the last week in mostly no shows or poorly equipped teams seemed to indicate Nikia was failing to grasp the responsibility he obtained when he won all those districts.
The thing with Nikia seemingly going 2 faced about giving us the districts which he said he would to TP's was not deadeyes fault. Nikia should have not gone back and changed his mind about them giving it to us, and personally I know cubs wanted them to hurry the **** up and deadeyes obliged.
Personally I got 25 mill for all the fights I helped with. I'm grateful. I rang like 70+ fights for IO and I wasn't expecting anything, so I appreciate that. I know Nikia was a very imperfect leader (the fact that Komplex and Bigboi has joined back up with their friends who made Gravity Prone is proof of that) and that he talked a lot of smack and kinda played into sha's hands a bit in the meta when attacked GAC's fight club district and wouldn't see the light of day, but honestly, Nikia's not a bad guy, just perhaps better suited to not having all that power. |

IMO, and this is just a suggestion to deadeyes...I think it's best if even though heavy breaks didn't want to be ceo, you should consider putting another vote to the floor about who should lead gravity prone, just to gauge your populace and make the best decision for yourself and the IO guys. With respect to all parties involved... I've publicly and privately facepalmed at what Nik has done in the past and told him to get off the forums and leave politics to others. He worked hard to build the corp, but sucked at the meta. His removal as part of EoN. likely was inevitable, and understandable; the execution of this left something to be desired. I stayed with IO when others left over the past couple months because as a corp and an alliance, we built something we were proud of and at the end of the day, I enjoyed the amount of PC we were doing and being with all of the people I played with on a daily basis. That was all torn down. I was disappointed with Deadeyes' decision. He made it unilaterally without even touching base with those he should have been able to trust within the corp (call me butthurt /shrug) who might have had an opinion. Those on the forums and those in EoN. that see the positives of Nik's removal notwithstanding, Deadeyes' rage decision was ironically Nikia-esque and this was a betrayal of the corporation and what many of us worked for. Yes he shelled out ISK, but the ISK available didn't even put some donors in the black, payouts to alliance ringers indicate his primary loyalties (which is fine, I love you guys too), and at the end of the day it wasn't all about the ISK. I can't really speak to much on the inter-alliance politics of district trading vs. successful prosecution of the CRONOS war vs. ringer requirements vs. overextension. But at the risk of future opportunities, from my perspective internal to IO, I'll also say I'm disappointed in the EoN. leadership. With respect, because he has built an incredible alliance, Mavado is at this point an absentee alliance leader who has publicly stated this game is dead in October. He hasn't communicated anything to the alliance as a whole in months - the maps change, wars start and end, new corps join and no one really knows about it until we see them in Alliance chat and wonder who the heck they are. It's fixable, but worth noting. I'll concede that some of this failure likely falls on the heads of IO leaders who should have filled that gap, including Deadeyes. Perhaps it is because I was in IO and everyone else was getting the memos but we weren't because of leadership relations with Nik. But it is what it is. Yes IO had a bad week against SI and were at a low point, but I feel like support was hesitant - with a few notable exceptions - I guess due to being sick of Nikia and burnout over IO needs. There was no effort made by other corporations to conduct a counterattack on CRONOS, which is above my paygrade but would have gotten us through all of this. The Almur districts were rather unimportant strategically and IO would have survived losing even 10 districts. Instead, it was easier for EoN. to let us fall and execute a bloodless coup. Yes it was IO's responsibility to defend those districts, but the sudden resurgence in support when the districts needed to be defended in order to be transferred indicates the support to conduct those fights was there, just not willing. I can respect this and even appreciate the rally yesterday, but let's be honest about it. IO's districts were parted out by the alliance for alliance gain. No desire to be drama llama here, and I <3 my EoN. bros, but while the move on Deadeye's part was generally beneficial for the EoN. alliance as a whole, many within IO feel justifiably and completely betrayed. Peanut gallery: the floor is yours. In the end 'tis only a game
Welp the fact that Nikia said to let it fall, despite your and other in IO wishes, is demonstrative of what deadeyes is referring to when he claims Nikia was out of touch. Honestly me n k-con and revoltz and arirana and spongly and kobrah are mavado and chrome are all (and I say this presumptuously albeit lol) still willing to help out. Mavado is not an absent leader. IO hasn't been quite as connected with the alliance through skype, enjin, even facebook.
My understanding from Cubs is that Ill Omens never won their own districts with all Ill Omens teams. I didn't know this. And that this is part of the reason why the IO districts were split to other Eon. corps. Thank essentially the times IO fielded full IO teams, they got face stomped on, and that if Gravity Prone were to be plagued with all those districts that have been distributed (I think TP's got 2) it would have been chaos. |

IF IO has only about 3B in assests from all that land then we made out like bandits acquiring and flipping real estate. Add to this the players who wanted to retire did so and we consolidated while keeping the legacy of IMPs in stasis while the actives get to make their own decisions and build their own legacy free of old guard interference. Its like IMPS saw all the signs of what PC would bring and had an exit strategy in place from the get go. Damn the meta is strong in them PS, Deadeyes check your wallet, payment sent
Honestly...if nikia hadn't spent the money made from PC on pc attacks and done it with clones then I think they coulda paid every member 100 mil for the effort or non effort. But Imps did have great leverage and a great track record of following up on their commitments. |

Pretty much this. Any way to spin the story. Last night sha's talking about how it doesn't matter he hates nikia for talking about how nikia said he was going to kick sha out of pc and skull something him but now it's all a facade about how Eon. is still the bad guys. What a nice alliance that is. Well i tell you EON twatts now something. ill omens had the balls to fight us while the rest of you where sitting on their bums and farm ISK from the districts. Seems to me that the whole EON alliance told ill omens to go and play farmville with a big american blue donut and because they didnt obeyd to it they got kicked out of PC. And now a question to you ISK farmers:
-How long do you think you will get away with ISK farming? -Who do you think cronos will attack next? -How long will the next oponend last under such high and constant pressure?
As far as i see your "alliance" is not willing to support each other which is kinda sad. And dont deny the fact that all of you EON members are not ISK farming. I havent seen a other corperation who where willing to attack SI over such a long period of time. You sacrificed a good corp due to greed for ISK. You guys are pathetic. Is this a joke? It must be a joke - or perhaps you believe this crap? Ill Omens RELIED on ringers to win - but now your claiming the alliance doesn't support each other? Lmao. You belong in cronos - so much propaganda comes out of that alliance and excuses for constantly losing.
Deyeeeeem. Sota musts had his wheaties this morning. Cronos beat up on io when nikia couldn't muster the ringers that were beating SI over and over and won all that land from them. Bragging about taking land from a ringer free io team, especially one that had lost some of its best members is just plain silly. When raining with io I think we won around 80% of battles vs Cronos. That includes all the wins when we made weekend pushes on their timers and beat them. But I got bigger fish to fry (LoI) who are more worthy less meta **** bums inclined. Plus they somehow got sota, damn bastards. |
