isk pls Haha we had about 230 battles in the last 7 weeks were in PC. If I paid all the ringers I'm not sure there would be any left for our guys. That said you were there for a crazy high number of them so sure I'll send some ISK your way as a thanks. Should probably hit up Zatara and Chome as well, hmm who else was there for like 30+ matches? Nah I'm happy to ring for alliance members free of charge, they're like family to me and i'd never ask for anything in return
however, if their corp dissolves and all their ISK is being handed out....ya i'd like a tiny tiny piece of that pie |

Thank you for the payment, it's clear you did the right thing and I think people will realize that in the long run. |

I have in my mind at least a part of EoN as much as I was IO. Never let it be said I didn't try my best to help and work for our band of brothers.
Wherever my IO brethren end up know if you need a slightly above average Fatty or someone to lead a squad for you I got your back.
As I believe it was Zatara said "never forget the people that made you....."
Peace, love & shootin' guns.
Breaks Hope you land in another EoN corp, always enjoyed playing PC with you |

Rogatien Merc wrote:Baracka Flocka Flame wrote:Rogatien Merc wrote:I can't really speak to much on the inter-alliance politics of district trading vs. successful prosecution of the CRONOS war vs. ringer requirements vs. overextension. But at the risk of future opportunities, from my perspective internal to IO, I'll also say I'm disappointed in the EoN. leadership. With respect, because he has built an incredible alliance, Mavado is at this point an absentee alliance leader who has publicly stated this game is dead in October. He hasn't communicated anything to the alliance as a whole in months - the maps change, wars start and end, new corps join and no one really knows about it until we see them in Alliance chat and wonder who the heck they are. It's fixable, but worth noting. I'll concede that some of this failure likely falls on the heads of IO leaders who should have filled that gap, including Deadeyes. Perhaps it is because I was in IO and everyone else was getting the memos but we weren't because of leadership relations with Nik. But it is what it is.
Im sorry but don't put this on EoN Leadership, like Lance mentioned nikia completely disregarded any and all advice given to him and did his own thing. I'll personally never forgot in the first week of PC when and i quote he said "I don't care what you think" to multiple leaders of other corps. Mavado is not an absente leader he's on every day despite his criticism of the game(like 70% of the playerbase lol). Nikia is a good leader but he is not a CEO. Agreed on Nikia's faults. "This" being the ultimate decision to burn IO to the ground is on Deadeyes. The bitterness and failed alliance relations are on Nik. EoN. leadership did what they had to do, but it could have been handled differently. Will 'Gravity Prone' get those districts now that they're out of Nikia's grasp? Doubtful because they've already been handed off to a myriad of other corps. Just sayin. No hard feelings, just laying out what I'm seeing. People outside the corp are cheering for Deadeyes, so thought I'd share my perspective. You see Mav every day because he is your corp CEO. I just want a weekly bulletin or something. Macro-level alliance-wide comms have just sucked. That's really beside the point honestly. Probably shouldn't have brought it up as it's a bit off topic. /shrug There's constantly corp wide and alliance wide mails going out about stuff, I don't know what more you want. A weekly bulletin isn't going to save IO from the clear internal problems it had. I'm sure if gravity prone is interested in joining the alliance we can sort districts, that's a non issue. This decision falls solely on the shoulders of deadeyes and has nothing to do with our alliance. I'm sure as more perspective rolls in we can get a clearer take on what really happened and why. |
