Getting an accurate reading of the playerbase of EVE is an exercise in futility considering how many people have multiple alts so saying the keep increasing the playerbase is as accurate as saying the player base will never increase |

That is all. Eriknaught out. END TRANSMISSION. The Revenant is a Sansha's Nation Supercarrier released with the Incursion expansion. In comparison with the other Supercarriers the Revenant is a bit of a blend between the Caldari Wyvern and the Gallente Nyx. The slot layout, CPU, powergrid and base stats are similar to the Wyvern though it trades a medium slot for a high slot and it has a bit more powergrid, and due to the Wyvern's shield resistance bonus it can out-tank the Revenant. The damage and HP bonus to fighters and bombers puts it on-par with the other supercarriers in terms of damage. Using five Drone Control Units to allow for maximizing drone bandwidth with bombers, the Nyx will still slightly out-damage the Revenant but the Revenant will out-damage any other supercarrier. However, when it comes to using the basic drones the Revenant falls short since its role bonus to damage doesn't apply to them and its bonus to launch quantity is only at a standard Carrier's level. basically yes, it is under powered compared to other super carriers. what makes it so special is it's rarity , there are only 2 right now in existence after that one was destroyed Dang, nice report. Really puts it into perspective. Truth be told, most of that went over my head but I got the jist of it. It's a crazy universe we play in. I really hope one day in the future I can do something to kill a Revenant.... Honestly there will probably never come a time Dust players can do anything about Revenants, they would never be anywhere near, let alone involved in a Planetary Conquest. And even if you could shoot at a Revenant (there are only 2 now in Eve's entire universe), you would do about .0001% dmg to it with whatever tool we get to fire at Eve players with.
Id like it if we could just storm the damn things and kill the capsuleer |
