My movement speed was 4.15 and when I switched back to a different gal logi that suit was faster so no this is not true.

I don't know what's causing it tbh, I put the plates on my other suits and they get penalized in speed. When on my proto logi it does nothign at all. I have a beast tank now and can move swiftly , now I know what it feels like to be a shield guy. wow they had it so much easier

I put 3 enhanced armor plates(im not specced to proto; maybe that's why?) and added 2 basic armor reps on a scrambler rifle(maybe I need to use gallente weaponry?) but my movement speed in the stats section dropped from 4.7 to 4.15 and when doing a real game test was noticeably slower than my other proto gal logi suits.

Gallente is THE logi suit of choice if you want to pack full proto equipment and still have juice left for tanking. It saves me about 80ish CPU and 15PG IIRC. Easily the best support logi suit.

Also there is some slight legitimacy to the OP, before today but after 1.2 I was tweaking some of my low slots and i noticed my speed increasing slightly when I was using certain combinations with reactive plates.

If you look at your dropsuit fitting scree, they "fixed" it by removing the stat.
