I wonder how CCP manage there matchmaking system where u get put in a ****** team and u know the rest. Deos this happen to u or maybe u just going to say that it nothing, I can handle this own my or say that there nothing wrong with the matchmaking at all. I be honest I don't know how this matchmaking process in this game work or I don't even know how they match u in a Ambush, Skirmish or Domination game.
here my list of what will and wont work. 1.K/D: will it word or not, I say it wont work because how many ppl player that are from the range of 9.0 to 488.0 K/D ratio are going to agree with that or how many of them are actually playing the game. Now if this was a change it wont work because they will find a way to cheat the system and match up with the newplayer and beat the living crap out them and really ur surpose to be a good player with high k/d and u cant even pick a fight with someone that same as u in k/d range I pity u on that. Look at BO2 matchmaking they try to match the good player vs good player and bad player vs bad player which would work there was backlash to that which every know by now was call Reverse Boosting. K/D wont work.
2.Kill: Will it work or Not. I say it wont work and here why, How many player are going to agree with this match ppl up with high vs high kill it would work backlash because there is backlash to it. ONE: how many player that are in the range of 12,000 to 82,000 kill are active player, TWO: how many player that have second and third account and they can easy beat the system regardless with those second and third account, THIRD: How will they handle it thou. And the final verdict IT WONT WORK.
3. Win/Lose: let make this one short it wont work regardless beause how many of those player are active with the range of 1060 to 11857 ration in win and lose column. plus it wouldn't do much because how many of player are on second and third account. it pointless IT WONT WORK.
4. War point: no matter what this could work or not. well the range on those are from 1 mil to 6 mil, how many player that are active, would they agree or not. And how would they handle it.
5. Skill point: Really there is no way that ur going to put in match with ppl of ur skill because player that are ahead of 15 mil to 25 mil are going to use there second and third account or make new to just be put in with the newbie so it wont unless uhave a better idea to make it work.
6 Corporation: Now will this work or not. If ppl that start of new are going to be put in the game corporation, and player that are in a there own corporation should face each other but I know what u going to say to that. it wont work because all they have to do is get on there second and third account.
if I didn't make no sense what so ever then don't comment just think about what idea it could do for a matchmaking if u got a better idea than main please go ahead and write what u got to say
let the hate begin |

Nothing like a million difference, For example, I have 4 million and I want the matchmaking system to put me on matches with people around that amount of SP. It is like almost a level system that some MMO use, being teamed up with people near your level. If CCP does that, people will be going against people that are like them. As for the corps, I say have a the matchmaking system add those SP together and put them again other corps that have the same, if there isn't then make them split up to make it fair for the other team. Or just have a SP limit on each side of the team to prevent corps to invite people with higher SP than the rest of the teams. This idea has it's flaws but it is the only thing I can think of in a few minutes.
but u do know there backlash on that rite now I mean ur talking about pairing ppl with the same amount sp which I do undersand but how many player that are playing that are around that area thou. that like a 50/50 chance that u may or may have player around or there player with 15 to 35 mil sp can simply do just waste all of there skill point and to get in that range if the match making came to that. u have to make a matchmaking where there no backlash or player that going to cheat it. |

I wasn't complaing about it I just making point on the ppl that were complaining about this or that and I have no idea how CCP does there matchmaking now if was going to ask them how they match ppl up do u think I would said something like that in this post no,. When ppl say that they want to match ppl with highest skill point that will not work because how many player that are active in this game have Second and Third account which I just mention. |

I can see what you mean but anything else, everyone will find a way to cheat and SP, I mean what they have total and not what they have at the moment. I would rather have a 50/50 chance of finding a full match with people are the amount of SP I have on the character than being against people that are doubled in SP than me and just end up losing every match, making me want to rage quit and stop playing Dust altogether.
Ok I understand but having the skill point is not the answer thou it like saying let put the Good player vs Good player and see what happe or have new player vs New player and see what happen. would that balance it out I don't know. Now if CCP trying to better match making there going to have to look very hard at it and come up with a better solution. |

Knightshade Belladonna wrote:The downside to equal sp matchmaking is passive earnings. You have guy A playing here and there for the last 3-4 months and collecting passive sp with little experience, and then guy B who has played everyday for much shorter time but much higher rate of experience from games played. It's nothing majorly drastic, but is a downside
that does like it good thing but it still wont matter regardless what they do with it the current matchmaking is the only thing what working thou. |

ok u going to have to be more explainable on that. |

Basically there's three tiers which anybody can join at any skill level The first tier allows standard suits The second tier allows advanced and standard suits The third tier allows proto and everything that you could youse. The tiers only affect suits so on any tier you can youse any weapon and module. To me it's the best cause people are not segregated.
so that ur best way of matching ppl with those tie I see |
