What forums you read ? I want to know too...
The AR got the most nerfing in Uprising, and still getting nerf with each new update. The HMG "got" a nerf, but the QQing was so extreme that CCP un-nerfed the HMG few days later... and by doing so, they unbalanced the full game.

Is a Commando Heavy suit... so no.. it can't be use as an Assault Suit.
I just love how people makes this assumptions, without even trying to use it first. |

No, it is the deformed offspring of an Medium and Heavy that got all the downsides of both and then some. We got the large hitbox and inability to jump over railing from the Heavy We got the small base eHP of the Medium And on top of that we lost our mod slots and grenade slot as well as increased our shield delay and lowered shield recharge rate.
Technically it is a Heavy frame, to accommodate the two light weapons ;
2x light weapons = One Heavy weapon.
The grenade slot can be replace with a MD or Swarm launcher.. which is more effective than a grenade anyway.
Shield Delay is a bit to high, i agree with that, and an extra 50hp shield / 50hp armor will balance the suit a bit more. |
