About four days ago I met a newer (a month in, who shall remain unnamed for the sake of decency) player on my team in a match, he asked me to squad up with him, sent me an invite and everything so I figured, "what the hell, why not except it?" Essentially we curb stomp the other team into their own redline and he decides he wants to add me as a contact afterwards so we can play again. After about 4 days of that I talk to him on the mic in squad and decide, let's give a New Eden trick a try. I act surprised, put on a "I-just-orgasmed" voice and tell him "I found a way to triple your ISK on here, it's bugging on my PS3 right now!" Without much persuasion necessary he sends me all of his ISK and asks me every 5 seconds "Is it done yet?" I simply leave the squad. When he tells me he's going to report me I can throw my head back and laugh because I know he's just gonna have to HTFU and stop QQ-ing because this is New Eden and his money is mine now.

It was actually a magazine article that attracted me to dust- a little was about dust itself, but the rest was about how cutthroat New Eden is, and how everyone likes it that way. I came in knowing full well that everyone will be out to suck my wallet dry ASAP. This guy obviously joined for the MMOFPS and didn't know what he was getting into. I joined for New Eden.

I'd be careful with that. If I remember correctly CCP doesn't like it much when scams are performed based on exploits and bugs, fake or not. Congratz though!

I took this new found knowledge of whats good to flip and whats bad to flip for fast cash and started looking for investors for even more capital. ( I started with 200 mil, when I began searching investors I was at 1.2 bil all from flipping goods ) So I put together my pitch and start looking , promising a daily 10% return paid weekly , so 70% in a week , pretty damn tempting eh? They are excited, they love me and want to invest further. I now am at around 3 bil in isk , one of them sent me 1.5 bil alone ( I had him in my sights ). Again I returned the funds and told all the others I was taking a trading break for a few weeks to get some pew pew except for the biggest investor. I told him I was onto something that could make us both very space rich, in only a matter of a few weeks. We went over the details, he was not even the slightest suspecting since I had been so generous already. Everything was set up and ready to go in his mind , while I was not even thinking of trading now , he needed a few days to get even more funds from his friends to begin the process, I accepted this and patiently waited, he did not let me down. 2 days later he transferred 12 billion isk into my wallet. cha ching! * he was a veteran player , and even told me well played, he was a good sport about it actually. He was hurt the most from feeling like he betrayed his friends who invested, if they were real friends they would have let it go. Isk comes and goes like the wind in Eve. If space had wind
