Although you could specify which type of Vehicle if not all of them.
Be aware that some Amarr/MMT features make more sense to a Dropsuit than a vehicle e.g. Triage vehicles don't yield very much WP at all and most vehicles are heavies anyway.
HEVAY AIRCRAFT IDEAS:
(Pilot Drop Suit makes vehicle look invisible for better turret aim and manoeuvring)
-) One Large Turret (undermounted, exterior), two small turrets (side mounted, exterior)
-) Base Shield 1k Base Armor 3200k (swap for caldari)
-) Very slow, Pitches well, yaw not very well

I've applied the assumption that good vehicle drivers outfit their vehicles properly,
Like no good Gunlogi driver runs around with 2.5k shield, do they?

You've lost every bit of your mind. Aircraft is meant to fly relatively fast with low protection. More like 4-6k eHP at PROTO,
Also - any aircraft can, regardless of eHP, yield masses of WP if used in tight cooperation with other team/squad members.
