Of course I have taken my name from Archangel Michael. Michael represented the arm of god, the law. He was the protector of the innocents, always on the frontlines ready to war for justice. I have always been fascinated by Michael, Anubis and Ares. I like warrior characters. I thought Michael Arck would be a perfect name to add to the Dust lore, so that's what I chose. |

I RP 3 different characters, one a religious Templar, one a hardline patriotic Caldari Soldier, and the other a member of the Ishukone watch....none of them remotely relate to me at all as a person.... |

I play a bit like myself, but I try to differentiate Rinas the character from the diary from Rose the person who is writing her. Otherwise it's just a self-insert fic with a different name and I'm not exactly a fan of those. In terms of playing style, I suppose it's reasonable to think I fight like how I might in real life, except I lack most of the knowledge there. Being a kind of jack of all trades, master of none is a lot easier in a game than it is in real life. |

If you RP, then yes I imagine it's possible but...I think the only games where it's ACTUALLY possible to play a character based off of yourself is an RPG. Like...A Mass Effect or a Dragon Age. |
