Last I checked AA was so grossly overpowered that if you try to join any "good" fights you're pushed back out right away. But enjoyu your Skyguards / lockdown bursters. |

Every single weapon on there can be purchased for an absurd amount of cert points or a bit of cash. Buying with certs also has drawbacks, like having the weapon locked to the character.
I think IWS did the math, and to buy every weapon in there costs $3800. |

IP ban seems like an obvious first choice, however proxys are all too easy to use.
I'd say start with the IP ban, then if he tries to circumvent it, ban the MAC address (if possible). I say this because he might try to sell the PS3 to someone else when the only game he cares about blocks him out. |
