There must be some kind of hit detection issue with the LLAV's, as I was able to cleanly hit one 3 times last night with Lai Dai nades (which is about 1800 damage per nade) and it only dropped it's shields by less than 50%  Others in my squad could not take out this LLAV either and noted it's insane resilience towards AV.
I didn't catch it's health, but is it even possible for an LLAV to have over 5400 HP? I usually see them with about 3000 or 4000 total HP, which can usually be taken care of with three or four Lai Dai's. |

I saw the same thing last night. my whole squad was hitting it with MLT and ADV swarms to no avail. one guy hit it with a packed AV nade as well as it was doing donuts around us. at best, they dented it's shield by about an 1/8th or so.
