CCP was speciffically asked if there was a benefit to hitting the cap and said that the amount earned would simply be taken from the total 500k. Maybes some people's flippant attitudes is from thinking greed backfired, but I can hardly understand that given how many people I've seen n the mcc today and ambush grinding out the next 500k.

I did nothing wrong, and the supposed solution to the problem I and others encountered yesterday is a ridiculous and unfair.

I'm hardly saying rip away the additional 500k people have gained today from the MCC and pubstomping.

Oh, and all of those who capped on Wednesday need to stop playing when you have 190,000sp remaining. Had it worked as intended everyone would have been equal. Whatever you're going on about isn't even "fail logic" as much as it is nonsense honestly. Well honestly tell me what everyone is complaining about since they got what was intended? Give me a reasonable solution that ccp could have performed in 24h? Because it wasn't feasible for them to count how much everyone grinded on Wednesday and add that to their cap to make things fair. Give me a break.

One guy at ccp forgot to press a button to reset everyone's cap during the down time on July 4th. So the solution: press that button during the down time on July 5th. Problem solved, yes you didn't do anything wrong but you weren't hurt by anything they did either.
