I had a good friend of mine who converted to your scriptures. He was a fine soldier, even for a deteis, and a devote practitioner of the way of the winds. All of a sudden, our corporation sends him off to some godforsaken planet to accompany a squad of you zealots.
Last time I saw him he'd hooked himself up to one of those Amarr-tech suits that bolt into your spine, started calling himself an embodiment of god's will. He made for a poor drinking buddy after that to say the least.
I trust you Amarr about as far as I can throw you. You want to seem all buddy buddy on the barge, fine, but don't start thinking I am ever going to be your friend. You will just keep nudging me and nudging me until I am in one of those freakish suits too I bet. |

Your scriptures are brainwashing, pure and simple. You use the mask of a false religion to exploit individuals into acting towards the ends of those who organize your sermons. I am not one to deny the shortcomings of any other nation, I already come with the knowledge that the exploitation of citizens is commonplace. However you Amarr do it in the most despicable fashion I can imagine. You prey off those who pray. You feed off hope. You take humanity's most powerful gift, and you use it to modify individuals into tools for your empire. |

They resisted, as do most who lived all their life unaware of the light, but rest assure one day they too shall be welcomed among our Empire. You are not looking at our empire through a clear lense, you cannot condemn a religious people while not subscribing to religion yourself, nor can you profess to know the minds of our people. What do our lords and masters have to gain from exploiting those already faithful to our god and our empress. Our people are not tools, to a man like Kuvakei Sansha humanity may seem like tool, to us they are the sons and daughters of God by whose divine providence accepts them willingliy for all their flaws into his arms in heaven.
I would like to see you explain that to the Minmatar. They seem very adamant about the fact that they did not select your religion before be subjugated to it's law. |
