Poor guy, I have heard life is tough for those unfortunate Caldari Logis.

These are the same type of individuals that complain about Logi's always getting top scores and just don't understand how a class that Kills,Repairs,Revives,Supplies,Uplinks all with lowered assault stats but still must remain directly in the line of fire is getting more WP than they are.

What modules are you talking about, no modules require lvl 2 or lvl 4 that I know of.

(1). During 1.2 update the skill level required for shield recharge was raised from lvl 4 to lvl 5 stopping me from using several suit fits.

I purchased the Elite pack based on the info CCP claimed would be part of the game. 3-4 days after the $99.99 purchase these previous claims and information are not as they should be.

They now have also raised the skill requirements for shield regulator as well as rechargers

So all who are skilled into the OP proto flaylock pistols get ready because there is enough complaining about them to be nuked eventually and CCP doesn't care if you skilled based on current game mechanics.

I am skilled into Caldari Logi so I use all three shield skill's opposed to only 2 for armor users, Now I want point out how I was sold a lemon....

(1). During 1.2 update the skill level required for shield recharge was raised from lvl 4 to lvl 5 stopping me from using several suit fits.

(2)You announced that "If you hit your weekly in the first day then you will still be eligible for the extended SP cap for the event on Thursday." So I pushed through the grind and capped in 1 day (Wednesday July 3). Now (Thursday July 4) is here and I do not receive any bonus SP. Now just to top it all off the SP I do get equal to WP gained during match is not even tripled.

I purchased the Elite pack based on the info CCP claimed would be part of the game. 3-4 days after the $99.99 purchase these previous claims and information are not as they should be.

To put this in perspective If dealership sells vehicle, collects money from person, than walks person to that purchased vehicle hands them the keys and says as we walked over to the vehicle our staff removed the engine and replaced the good tires with bad ones but there is no refund because you assumed it would be what was seen. BUT!! the contract only states that there will be an engine under hood and tires equipped sorry if there was some type of misunderstanding.

SO as the subject states CCP has sold me a LEMON!!!! Will it ever be made right? I will keep an update on what happens from here.

OK so here is an update. They now have also raised the skill requirements for shield regulator as well as rechargers making anyone who skilled into them now looking at 466K x 2= 932,000 sp needed to use the fits they had currently been using.
When requesting an SP reset this was the response.

Skill-respecs were only available because of the changes in the Skill-tree with the release of Uprising, and only for a limited time:

Unfortunately we are not offering any further Skill-respec to any character, and as such, any skill point spent is permanently attributed to the chosen skill - however progress in DUST 514 is never wasted and you can still skill up any other required attributes by accumulating more SP during Battles.

Its your own fault for believing that CCP would implement what they said correctly. I am glad for ppl like you because I got my first 3X down to 200K SP left before I was given another 3X so I ended up getting about 1 mill SP because of other peoples mistakes. Very nice for me. CCP already proved that they have no ability to work numbers....with people getting respecs and then spending their SP just to have all of the SP put in the negative and require them to re-earn all the SP they gained for the last 6 months (I believe CCP fixed these issues but the fact that they happened at all is sad). Also the last 3X reward they had worked this exact same way as it did this time........so basically its your own fault. Dont be an idiot and blame a company you already know will not be able to pull this off correctly.

A more apt description is........you bought a Ford Pinto....knowing that they have problems with the majority of them being lemons but the dealership told you this was is not a lemon......and when you took it home you found that the car you just bought that is known for being a lemon.....is a lemon.......despite the dealerships assurances that it was not a lemon.

Caldari Logi against any other with the exact same amount of SP is hard. The mistake everyone makes is when they see an advanced Caldari Logi suit kill there proto suit. They get pissed off and say WTF he should not be able to kill me. Never once realizing that Logi suit has 4x the SP and still can not afford to use the proto version.
