*A tall man wrapped in a humbling civilian robe and shaved head is seen approaching the Emissary door. His walk is very calm and soothing yet bold at the same time. He eyes the fatally wounded bodied laying on the sofa and it is now clear he is not just passing by, though his facial expression remains blank. He stops outside the door and clears his throat just before performing a small bow*
"I hope I am not coming at a bad time." |

"I am a very meticulous man, officer. No action escapes my attention and my study."
*The mysterious man pauses for a moment, still standing just outside the door.*
"Forgive me. I am Orin Issa, a soldier and researcher for the State."
*Orin pauses again, as though waiting for a response. None is given.*
"There is this colleague of mine. You see, at this time he is usually locked away in his quarters at the Caldari halls of the summit. He would always be talking to someone, perhaps through a communications channel. I've had my suspicions, but minded my own."
*Again, a pause. The ranking officer in the Emissary seemed to know where this was going, but Orin continued regardless.*
"Today I heard no such talk from his quarters. As I glanced over, I noticed his door was not fully closed. I walked inside and found no sign of him, but did find his weaponry cabinet emptied. At that moment I was drawn here by a loud noise coming from this direction. It appears you have met my colleague, or at least what was once him."
*Orin's eyes shift towards the corpse on the sofa.*
"Would you mind if I have it?" |

"He is still living? Great news."
*Orin, still standing just outside the Emissary door, slowly walks in.*
"With due respect officer, but this man is a member of the State and as such his bodies. Your concern and hospitality is most admirable, but I am afraid he cannot stay here. Now I am asking you politely, will you hand him over?" |

"I value that you do not make decisions with haste, officer, a respectable trait. Though perhaps you do not have access to the Caldari legal papers? KIRIC is under contract and given license by Caldari State to study the implant and everything that surrounds it. How this relates to Galm Fae is none of your concern, just as it is not your responsibility to deliver this clone he occupies. However, as a friend to the State I do wish to inform you that we have reason to believe he did not arrive here with good intentions, as I am sure you have concluded. Know that it could of been worse, and that there may very well be an accomplice. Take caution, my friends."
*Bypassing Metsar, Orin gently approaches Galm Fae. He slowly reaches for something within his robe, trying not to arouse the Praetorians. An unknown piece of equipment is held just over Fae's head, beeps twice, and is placed back in the robe.*
"I will still need the clone, officer. You know where to send it."
*Orin bows in the same manner in which he arrived, and walks out in the same calm, soothing, and bold fashion* |
