So, here is something that just pisses me off. If i'm going to come out in a good dropsuit and drop 7 uplinks down at the beginning of every battle. Then I want to see every single one of the blueberries on my team dropping at least one uplink as well.
I absolutely hate when not a single person outside of my squad is dropping uplinks. You are all absolutely ******** if you think you can get a win without having them on the field. Don't be that person. Don't be that noob. Don't be an idiot. Have at least 2 people in your squads putting uplinks down close to the objective.
TL;DR???

The trolls will continue to suck horribly at this game and squads that come out of D.A.R.K L.E.G.I.O.N will continue to rank among the top in the kill boards after every match.
Why? Because we teach our members to drop uplinks continuously. This was only a public service announcement to help you new people learn. Pick up the habit or continue to play like a noob, your choice. |

You are right about that. I'm aggravated. Otherwise I wouldn't post on the forums to let people know. Sometimes the most obvious thing is overlooked. |

I'm using Ishukone Gauged Drop Uplinks, Allotek Stable Drop Uplink, and Imperial Flux Drop Uplink. On my Minmatar Advanced Logistics suit. (With a basic cpu)
you can drop multiple uplinks if they are not the same type. |

I try to be general about these things. We don't win every match we play, but I'll be damned if we're not in the top 6! (though I can only speak for myself o this one... lol)

Yeah, uplinks are key to winning Dom. All logis need a fitting wth 2-3 uplinks in the equip slots (different kinds, otherwise you can't drop multiple), which should be spawned in with at the start of the match and dropped around the objective. You can switch back to another suit, but as a logi, you need to keep an eye on how many uplinks are on the field, and replenish them accordingly.
That's exactly it. Thank you for saying it better than me. |

People should be reviving & repping instead of respawning anyways. But no, don't worry about picking me up I'll just respawn at one of the 50 nearby uplinks and cost the team a clone instead.
Carry needles, people! We're all junkies in need of a fix.
HAHAHA this suit is 68k... I'm not complaining about it (an advanced suit). I'm simply saying that the tactic is obvious and needs to be used to be successful. that is all. |

Pick up the habit or continue to play like a noob, your choice. Pffft squads are for hookers and fat people. My lone wolfing with R-9's constantly turns the tide of matches. I use an R-9 and the quantum variant. I sware, like more than half the matches I am in, when lone wolfing, if it wasn't for me and my uplinks it would be an absolute blood bath for our team. I was lone wolfing in a match earlyer today and went 7/3 (so busy putting up links) with 2300 war points. I was number one on my team and the next closest to me was 14/8 with 1300 war points. We won but man was I busy making it happen.
And I commend you for your effort, that is exactly the kind of game play that wins matches. Please apply to D.A.R.K L.E.G.I.O.N, we want people like you. |

Never used a drop uplink once, and my W/L ratio is 15.14 There goes your theory bum You have never spawned on a uplink once? your team has never spawned on a uplink once?your team never held an objective with heavy fire because of an uplink once? that's amazing..ly false i'm sure

R'adeh Hunt wrote:To be honest, it should be limited to X amount of drop links per team...the current spam is ridiculous and it basically comes down who can spam more of them at the start.
I think there should be a limit on uplinks as well. Not on the total number in the match, but on the total number at one time. I think 6 is a reasoanble number. Any more than that and it becomes unreasonable (this allows for reasonable placement in skirmishes).
I do agree though. The spam can be quite irritating, needing to have one dedicated (or more than one) person/people to strictly take the opposing sides uplinks out. |
