Frustrates me even more that each day I log in and see that CCP hasn't fixed my petition after 2 months. Really every damn thing in this game is logged how hard is it to return missing skillpoints. What adds insult to injury is that the difference in skillpoints needed for moving the Complex Shield Recharger from a level 4 requirement to a level 5 requirement is the same as the missing SP from my account from 2 months ago. I feel like you guys engineer this game to frustrate me.. why can't I just enjoy the game. Ideal world,, the Energized Complex shield recharger would be a level 5 requirement and the Complex shield recharger would of stayed level 4. I would logged in and GM Grave would of said "HEY WE FOUND YOR SP" Here is your half a million SP back sorry for the 2 month delay and I hope you use it to get the New Level 5 complex energized shield recharger. Instead, I log in.. see that my petition is still in a open state.. fittings invalidated and left feeling pissed off but hopefuly.. cause I took off a week from playing because of the frustration only to be slapped in the face again.

Even more annoying is that they totally ninja'd this and very little amount of people will say anything because not many invest in the skill. Disappointing.

I have high hopes for the game and it's fun.. it's just so damn frustrating. Things like the World of Darkness devs with there map building tools.. Think one day they might release map building with those very same tools for us to customize. But seriously CCP.. fix my character. And everyone thanks for the likes I know I use oddball items but they mater as well.

That means its a glitch/bug. Has anyone sent in a ticket so we can all use our complex recharges again?

I figured it would be Ninja fixed but now that I remember it took a few days of me posting before Dev's commented on the Militia Active Scanner. While the below order is the way it should be because that the Complex Shield Recharger isn't as good as the Complex Shield Energizer. That logic makes sense to me. I'm afraid they might just be holding out on us to see if we just forget about it and move on.. I hope they don't do that and just return it to a level 4 skill. Level 1 Basic Shield Recharger Basic Shield Energizer Level 3 Enhanced Shield Recharger Enhanced Shield Energizer Level 4 Complex Shield Recharger Level 5 Complex Shield Energizer (pwnage) .. Actually I wouldn't mind the Enhanced Shield Recharger being moved to a Level 2 skill but whatever.

They don't care in fact I am considering in requesting that complex shield regulator require Level 5, since it limits the amount of people getting it and it only hurts low SP players. :)
