I take it you haven't read the paragraph in question. Otherwise you would have realized that this rule includes all threads of any given topic, not just the yours.

Today my First Skirmish Game I killed 20, 20 Assists and Gained ONLY 1500 SP MAX Thanks to my Boosters and NO 3X SP.

WHY CCP ?
