tbh i think it should with the exception of dmg skill it would mean more team work . |

the effect resistance amounts and shield recharge, wich are easy to test for and have been tested for in both the last build AND this build
passinger skills do NOT effect the vehicle they are in outside of turrets they are personally controlling
