Hey guys in was wondering if it would be possible to release an updated control pad config for HAVs cos I'm having a lot of trouble controlling them with the current layouts. Ideally would like to see R2 as accelerate and L2 as reverse. And sticks to control the turrets and selection wheels like on the LAVs and Infantry basically

if this gets implemented then I want to be able to fully configure the controls the way I want, I hate the way LAVs drive now, too much like GTA and the circle menu is inconvenient

Would LOVE for Brake/Reverse to apply to HAVs as well. It would make it far easier to drive while still gunning, the current setups make it very difficult to do so otherwise, and you'll end up crashing into a wall.

Man.. they totally removed it. I just jumped in a LAV and barely managed to wobble my way around. There's only a default "right stick drives it all" and a left stick copy now currently.

It's completely messed, especially on the HAV 'cause it really doesn't need a handbrake.

Bump. Would really like this to get noticed, I'm learning to be a better tank driver but the controls are still impacting my ability to control and fight with the tank. Also got another issue about the tank being attacked which I'll start another thread for.

the button layout can be changed to how you like it, they have the same controls for the HAVs unfortunately, I figured out how to revert the LAV controls back to before uprising and I can drive them again.

Get a keyboard. It's what all the other tankers have been doing since closed beta; pretty much a free nitros in your tank, compared to a controller.

That being said, I do agree with you.
