I'd like somebody to spec into it just to see if it maybe effects current gallente or minmatar scout suits.

It's better to see the dropsuit stats and bonuses first then decide. |

Only an idiot would try to spec into pilot skill at the moment... So I got the prereq's for both and the pilot skill isn't even available on the market  . Respec Fairy, pay me a visit tonight

because a 10% increase to both shield and armor and 50% decrease in module cooldown would leave you in the DUST competitively, even though you know you'd rather have amarr or Caldari suits... |
