First thing to do is go to https://dust514.com/recruit/s6fCak/ and sign up that way you will get some free stuff when you log in and so will I. I know shameless attempt to get more recruits but hey why not. I am here to show what new and old players can expect from the extra skill points from the July 4th to the 10th triple SP week.
New players will have the advantage to get a huge boot to their careers in the dust that week. So my advice to them before you even start using this mass amount of skills is to play threw the academy. The reason for this is most of the vets if not all have made mistakes in the points along the way putting them in something that have never going to use again. Too much wasted SP out there, by playing threw the academy you not only get a chance to learn what roll is best for you but get to see how all the other rolls are played . This also benefits you buy building up a huge cash reserve as long as you stick to the basic dropsuits you start with. Now GÇ£When will I be out of the academy and how will I know?GÇ¥ This question a lot of people have asked. You will leave the academy when you reach 10,000 war points or one million SP. One way to check this is by going to your character sheet, my advice is donGÇÖt worry about it just keep playing until instead of having on option to pick a match four will be there instead. Once you get there you should be around 1,119,200 SP or 1,428,800 this is how I came to that. The total points for a new character is 500,000 SP and then the weekly SP cap for that week is 571,200 (190,400*3). Then you have passive SP for the day of 24,000 SP and let say it takes you two days to cap your SP. Total you are looking at 1,119,200 SP to play with. We can take this even further expand this with purchase of a 7-day bundle allowing us to use both an active and passive skill booster. This would make the weekly cap 856,800 SP and the passive daily cap of 36,000 SP so our total now becomes 1,428,800 SP a difference of 363,600. That is almost two weeks of SP cap right there. So my advice is GET THE BOOSTERS!!! Now that you have your huge SP pool and a ton of ISK hope over to Guide and check out the list of guides there a great source for new players. Also check out the SP planner it is a great source to help you plan your career us it!
Vets even though we donGÇÖt have the 500k we will hit 571,200 SP unboosted or 856,800 boosted nowGÇÖs the best time to burn threw the matches quickly to get that level 5 skills you have been waiting on. Then with the rest of the days get that alt you have up there.

Not right now I dont, Its good to work for the US Army you get a very nice 4 day weekend for the 4th of July. But I did some math lets say you average 4k SP per match that mean you only to play 215 matches to max SP. Lets say each game averages out to 10 min a match. Your looking at 36 hours roughly to max SP 18 hours a day isnt bad. But to me more realistic you could do 12 hours in 3 days or 9 hours in 4 days. But with this being one of those time that will allow you to get that alt up quickly I would say grab a case of monster a case of beer and a ton of snack and burn threw it then start working on your alt. |

Well it pays to have no life after all. With the problem of some not getting the triple SP if they maxed it day one CCP has reset all weekly SP today. So if you maxed your weekly SP already here another round from CCP enjoy. |
