I have been playing for approx. a month now, and I feel as if I'm missing something...
There has to be more to the game than just running pub matches. I hear all this talk of PC, and Factional Warfare, but, where and when do these events take place? Is it the corps' responsibility to set these matches up?
I'm not the best player out there, but, I feel even the worse player provides to the team, even if it is just an easy target to keep the enemy from shooting the better players.
Somebody please respond to this thread and shed some light on this topic, not only for myself, but, for all the other wondering dust bunnies.

the "more" you're looking for is an active corp, there is nothing for us solo players other than the pub/occasional FW match |

AFAIK there's only about 30-40 corps even involved in PC. There are even districts for sale if your corp has the extra 60-200mil isk |

Ah, apologies. You'd probably be best off just picking some Corps and applying, rather than waiting for a response on the forums.
If you're looking for active, I know I see the following guys running a bunch of squads together and as far as I know they're always recruiting: SyNergy Gaming, Neanderthal Nation, DIOS X. II, Bojo's School Of The Trades, Dust University, and probably a hell of a lot more. Those are just off the front pages.
Or there's PXRX0, the biggest Corp in Dust. They're sure to be active lol. |

^^^ That and there's also the LFsquad channel in game if you're looking to showcase your abilities.
Im sure there are more/better channels in-game for recruitment but I just felt like posting |

unfortuneatly without having a basic understanding of EVE and the meta game there isn't much more at the moment... but its coming or so CCP has promised... one thing that would really help would be a single player pve campaign that gives insight into the back story and missioning.... how can you call it an MMO without the proverbial quest? |

Thanks for the shout-out, but our Director is slacking lately, and has been inactive. Actually a bunch of our students have transferred to D-Uni. Looks like another Director is rising up though. :) |
