CCP, When will the Minmitar, Caldari, Gallente Heavy suits arrive

Also, will the laser and HMG be un nerfed? This information is important in my SP allocation. If the heavy suits will not be arriving or if the laser and HMG will not be unnerfed, I would like to know so I can go ahead and put my SP in some medium suit with AR or save them. Or, will a respect be given when or if these suits arrive of these weapons become un nerfed? I would like to start playing again and be able to use my SP. It's not easy running militia only loadouts because there will be no respecs, these suits are not being delivered and weapon specs may change. It would take way too much time to save up the SP to reach proto level and so I save my SP.

HMG's didn't get a true damage buff. All weapons received a buff in response to CCP's hp boost. The HMG was returned to near what it had in Chromosome. It was nerfed in the beginning of Uprising.

If I put SP in the Amar basic prototype, will that also allow me to move onto the new prototype heavy suits without spending more SP in a different basic suit such as Minmatar, Caldari, or Gallente? Or,... 4). Will players be offered respecs when either of the above or other patches to broken mechanics are introduced? Personally, I would like to have this information so I can play Dust without sitting on SP, expecting a respec after the above introductions (if they occur) or will there be no more respecs which will also influence my SP allocations. An official CCP, announcement would be much appreciated.
