There are design considerations in matchmaking though from the fact that not all humans are perfect, accounting for luck, and of course bad luck or bad days and be resistant to hiccups and the sorts. I mean this ain't cheese and WP/SP/KDR alone is not a means to the end results.
I mean what if one day you decided you know what I want to play a new class, all of a sudden you're going to start sucking in pubs until the system realizes what you are doing and knocks you down a peg or two.

purposely losing or swapping sets just to get knocked down a peg so you can go pwn some noobs again and not fight people of your own level (a problem in halo 2) Why are you such a worthless lying pile of crap Iron wolf? CCP said during E3 that matchmaking would be based on gear....not how good you do in matches. This isn't the first time i have caught you feeding us garbage....I am getting kind of sick of it. Because **** changes, gear does not determine skill, and getting the metrics on skill based are probably much harder in programming. What everything I post is never a promise on part of CCP and if you continue to believe that you are in for a sore ride. I mean you're taking human input, layering it into the nuances of this game, then spitting out a rank that when you do matchmaking the players lumped together would be in tolerance. All via a math problem because that is the only language computers really understand.
Ok so let me get this straight
If I want to be CPM all I have to do is brown nose and defend CCP with even more fervor than this?

Actually it's far less about brown nosing and actually giving CCP a semblance of respect and understanding what is going on instead of using the position to attack them at every chance some folks in the community takes.
Actually most folks in the community think the CPM should have been elected from the playerbase by the playerbase to present our issues to CCP rather than shielding them and being yes men
You want to talk about respect and understanding where is the respect and understanding of the viewpoints of the people you are supposedly supposed to be representing?
And if you dont like being treated the way you are due to your actions then harden the **** up or quit the CPM position |

No but its behavior of the public that drives the Developers and Community people into little corners like cools kid's clubs that starts a division in the community so the vitriol behavior of the few is and always will be extremely harmful. I mean you now have two members of the CPM and various community members of Dust saying that we should probably not have elections because of the quality of members available for election and misunderstanding positions of what the CPM does. I mean this conversation here is providing more flack for their argument. The IRC is another former favorite route of communication but people attacking CCP every chance they get is scaring them away just about. I mean I have a hard time talking about Dust 514 without getting attacked in that channel by one individual. Because of this IRC has become a worthless outlet of communication entirely because of it.
So its the publics fault that they are frustrated with CCPs lack of communication which is nothing recent and has been going on for a long time
Its the publics fault they misunderstand what the CPM does even though no current member of the CPM has decided to make a comprehensive post of what CCP expects from the CPM, what you actually do, or listing what you cannot discuss at all due to the NDA you all signed
Its the publics fault that when CCP hires a person dedicated to interacting with the community that we give her a chance she squanders by talking down to us and then vanishes when people dont like it
Its the publics fault that when you post something with huge gaping flaws in its logic that we point them out and you crawl back to your hug box where its not your fault and everyone is just being mean and picking on you for no reason?
"You choices matter and have consequences" Its touted as a selling point of this game but really I dont think you or CCP really grasp what it means, you and them have all made choices from what you decide to say, how you decide to say and them from what they implement, how they do so, what they decide to work on and when and all those choices made have consequences and the satisfaction or lack thereof the community has with them and you is one of those consequences
Now go and try to find someone who will eat up your bullshit, Im sure plenty of fanboys will but Im not one of them |

I remember a very similar type of reply when the CPM did try to explain what they do. I mean the CPM been under constant attack before anyone has been seated really or even names were called out. I mean I can prattle on all day what the CPM does but why considering knowing what the reply is going to be.
Now thats a cop out if I ever heard one, if you dont want to put in the work why be a CPM anyway |

Yeah, he was my moms before I sort of took him and his brother over and she spoiled them so they are both a little fat, Im trying to get them to lose some weight by playing with them more and adjusting their food portions |
