That doesn't mean new things can't be brought in as part of the processes just that getting those things out are no longer the main focus. There is also the chance that the expansion would focus more on new shinies while the patches just continue to refine.

Umm then why release a new suit? (over racial variants or new heavy weapons for that matter as well, which would help with core balancing issues)

If were not getting many new stuff than make what we have fun. hoping for the best

I saw an article that explained it pretty in depth but I cant find it. It's pretty much live streaming content like youtube does but with games. Now of course there's more to do with it then that but that is the main reason why it allows you to play ps3 games on the ps4. EDIT: From what i'm reading it says it's not coming out for ps3 and ps4 until 2014 .

A game can work completely fine with Team Deathmatch, King of the Hill, and Multiple Point Defense. DUST can be just dandy with the current content if the mechanics felt polished. Aiming is annoying, the Module Wheel is so evil and horrible it would sicken Lucifer, and the random frame rate drops make for far more pressing issues than Pilot suits. But seriously CCP: where the heck is the SP Rollover system?! Be well.

Adding a little bit at a time and reworking mechanics makes a lot more sense than dropping 6 months of content at once and spending weeks ironing out all the bugs. There's a lot to consider with a game that caters to so many different weapons and play styles. I think this is a step in the right direction for both the devs and the community alike...assuming it works out lul.
