And I feel kinda like a **** for defecting to the same people who did it to us. But looking back, I left PRO for PFBHz for the same reason. Still, I felt like a child caught in the middle of a divorce and everyone who was there at the time felt the same way. We're all over the place now. Mostly between Team Players and a few went to League of Infamy. This is a shout out to ya'll. Some of the best players I've ever had the privilege of stomping with. Paradoxically, we only got stomped a few times in the end by Hellstorm. And if PFBHz beat the Imperfects, and Hellstorm beat PFBHz, then what would happen if Hellstorm fought the Imperfects? Now, that's a match I'd pay quite a chunk of ISK to watch. Troll away! (1,000 ISK says Sota posts in the next 10 minutes. lol)

Now people be all butt hurt :'( I'm starting the think the days of the tiny super elite corps are coming to an end, if they haven't already. Team Players, Outer Heaven, and the Imperfects are probably the closest things dust has to the super corps of old, but again, not exactly what it used to mean to be a super-power. Part of that is the numbers game that is PC and having to have people to field all the time, so at some point, everyone has to take on players that aren't exactly what they want. It's an interesting mechanic that CCP put in place.

EDIT-I think PFB just had the strong 8v8 players. There just didn't seem to be enough chemistry for the 16v16 part.

EDIT-I think PFB just had the strong 8v8 players. There just didn't seem to be enough chemistry for the 16v16 part. not giving PFB any credit - PFBHz I give credit too. They had 10 good guys - if they trained properly they wouldn't of gotton face rolled so hard by hellstorm - who trained daily for a month+ before PC. I liked the guys and miss there trolling :(

The biggest problem was the top guys didn't wanna train nobody and than the rest was trying to force them to train people but they didn't. Lol! It was pretty much a divide from day1. Too much internal struggle. It was bound to happen.

CHICAGOCUBS4EVER TeamPlayers EoN. 578	Posted - 2013.06.28 16:30:00 - [11] - Quote assembling and running a team of large numbers is no walk in the park. 16v is the most I have experience with, and with this game brings about different roles as well as skill and teamwork. the old socom days was just players and teamwork, now the added element of different classes, vehicles etc. Achieving the balance for personnel is only 1 part of the process. having 16 people on the same page is something I luckily have a lot of experience in, and to most that is 1 of the hardest things to do. I would assume some of all of that is what led to the bunnies going their separate ways

I loved PFBHz, and I think if we'd of played any other corp besides Hellstorm for the first contract we'd have been fine. If we'd been a bit more humble then losing wouldn't have been so heartbreaking and frustrating. Words were said in anger and people were already pretty fed up with dust (Cy) even before I got on the scene, whatever was said when fizzy left was the final straw. In the imps defense they beat PFBHz more than not. In PFBHz defense we didn't have the right team for the job, Hellstorm proved that simply having amazing slayers won't always work. We never got all the right roles (notably never had a sniper defending home point similar to gem cutter. We only played them on one map that they performed well on and yet werent 2 cocky to say afterwards they still would have lost 2x if it was 150 clones each. They never played with just their corp, we had no alliance strength to draw on, not that that was the sole reason they won, if James had played every game I really feel it would have been us. Just watching him go 21/7 on the losing end and saying he felt rusty just amazes me. Why we thought we would role over them without having the best we could we had to offer was beyond me. And every match I played until Thursday was within 3 armor ticks. PFBHz handled teamplayers on the rings map with ease, there was never a moment where we were not in control until the very very end when they had already lost, and I say this as a teamplayer. Hellstorm has a solid corp char, you didn't mention them, but they would beat outer heaven if they scrimmaged, IMO. I thought their omission among the super corps was a mistake. Team players are non factors bro. We just try to compete but we really aren't even decent.

Not really, playing in PC is where we technically "trained" at. Training pre-PC was somewhat minimal and not as rigorous as you make it out to be. We didn't even start doing CB's till near the end of Chromosome. PC is what did it for us.
