It could've been pushed to thursday of course, but we should also be getting that one on the Commando suit today, so I don't know. |

i highly doubt that commando will be overused so much. Sure you have 2 light weapons and a equipment slot but you loose the grenade slot and have only 2 high and 1 low slot on the proto variant. This is a massive drawback in terms of fitting. |

Especially when you consider that your speed is still the same (and likely your turn speed), yet you have something like 300-400 less HP :/ |

Personally I think they should have waited on the Commando and put it up along with the other suits on the same day. I was pretty excited about the Commando until I began hearing that it would be the only suit to drop in. So I will just wait until everyone gets burned out with the Commando suit. For now, I still have my love, the proto Logi! I will not be using a Commando suit.
- Slow! - Large hit box. - Same damage as a Medium or Light frame suit.
I will be using a skilled up SMG as my primary weapon and running with whatever Suit and situational weapon fits the task at hand. Some of my more used fits:
Scout: SMG/Swarm Launcher, Nano Hive Scout: SMG/Shotgun, Drop Uplink Scout: SMG/Sniper Rifle, Nano Hive Scout: SMG/SMG, Drop Uplink
Assault: SMG/Swarm Launcher, Nano Hive Assault: SMG/Shotgun, Drop Uplink Assault: SMG/Sniper Rifle, Nano Hive Assault: SMG/SMG, Drop Uplink
The only thing you give up with an SMG is range (30m max) so you have to use cover to get close or get them to come to you.

[/url] Smg goes great with Scrambler Rifle or flux nades, that thing chomps armor better than an HMG I mean that too, I've killed so many HMG heavies in 1v1 with my toxin. Hey man, every heavy needs his sidearm; commandos just prefer bigger sidearms. |

You guys realize that they have the stats to a commando suit already out? It's in the uprising.csv. Commando suits (as they are in the upsrising.csv) have a little less total HP, but they melee harder than normal heavies and are faster. They're about as fast as logis. |

If it gets an equipment slot then it will be a good sniper suit. There are already snipers that use a heavy suit, particularly for anti-sniper work. |

My guess is that most of your power grid or CPU will be used up by the 2 light weapons leaving little room for mods and tank. That concept in itself should make a huge difference in how they will perform. You can't switch weapons if you're dead. |

It probably won't strafe nearly as well as assaults though either.
I'm just waiting to see the suit's skill benefits. A Scrambler rifle + MD combo will be mad |

ChribbaX wrote:Dual AR! Or... yeah I don't know. But I wanna play and try. With faster weapon switching in the patch notes you may have something there. I already use duel SMG and switch SMGGÇÖs rather than reloading when I run a clip dry in a fire fight. With th extra Health of the Commando suit, combined with the sustained fire of two full AR clips, that might be a fun play style. |

The suit is looking like it's going to suck and it's going to be a huge SP sink for everyone, at least to get to Proto. Heavies will have to skill into the suit itself and since they're heavies, probably a light weapon or two as well. Non-heavies will have to skill into both Heavy Frame 3, then the suit itself and possibly another light weapon if they don't already have the weapons they need for the suit.
I just can't see this suit being used by many people. 2 light weapons ? you mean i would have to aim ... fuggggs that noise |

I just can't see this suit being used by many people.
It is a niche suit probably best suited to people who have playd for a while and have experience running heavy. What I do like is the possibility of no more whing ing about any wepon being op as this suit will allow everyone the chance to carry their desired light wepon and equip a counter wepon fir every niche rolle I.e. assault rifle +sniper rifle combo will be used by many snipers and folks sick of not being able to counter snipers whilst still maintaining their ar role. Think of a squad of 4 comandos and 2 logies ifproperly eqiped you have front line ar squad with a counter to almost any nniche roll. The whole thing about being slower than an assault can be over come by putting skills into speed and stamina. This is potentially the most flexible suit in the game. |

Ok, so far:
- Good for a Heavy sniper because it has an equipment slot. (Standard Heavy may still be better for anti-sniper work due to greater health.)
- Good for weapon switching. Double the clip size for AR. Double Scrambler Rifle for instant switch when you start to overheat. |

This will likely be the combo most use. I know personally, I run only AV nades cause I can pick my infantry fights and win with my primary weapon without use of nade. It is those damn vehicles that get pulled out when you dont' have a swarm or a depot around to switch. I can live without nade, they are mostly a crutch as people don't use them for groups that are entrenched. 1v1, you should be able to kill them with your primary weapon. Nades should be used for clusters of enemies. |
