**Edit, I did mean to piggyback of the posts here recently complaining about the lack of a player base. It is a much worse situation in Oceania believe me.
I am a 2m sp player with a 2m sp player toeing behind and a 1.5m more casual logi player that I lead under my corp.
I find there are not enough players in this game to attempt recruitment. but we would like to begin playing with a team, serious strategy environment.
We are in Oceania timezone.
Is there a way to keep our identity as serious, small squad-oriented group with myself as the leader while also going under the umbrella of a large corp? I haven't found any mechanic that allows this other than joining individually.
My leadership style is perfectly positioned to take orders from the commander and translate them to field-orders on a squad. but I need permanent squad members. I need to know their play-styles and personalities....For my own enjoyment of this as a videogame!
Probably not the right sub-board to post this on, considering the mental-age of the members that troll this section. |

I'm happy with our performance on Oceania. If the other servers are different then I simply don't have enough information. but I take on proto heavies and proto duvol TAR without an issue in my minnie gek32 suit. Helps that my squad will always have a flank on an enemy position, or we won't even bother to push in until we can clear the wings.

Oceania? Ping times make combat very luck based on other servers |

Maybe 2 if you don't cap every week. It's like turning up on the first day of school and trying to start a gang when you don't have any friends and nobody knows who you are. because it's the best way to keep your group of friends together, interested and organised. If the option was gone, I know 4 players myself (as one of hundreds in my position) that would not go past the character creation screen without me. |
