Apparently I didn't dig deep enough into the forums, but I thought I'll ask anyways.
"Is there anyway to access your character's skills and allocate points outside interfacing on the PS3?"
For example, I might not have time to jump onto the PS3 (i.e. at uni. / at work), but I know what I want to do with my SP. Is there an option to allocate my SP outside the PS3 interface, so when I actually do get some downtime and can log on, I can just hit the marketplace to buy gear, optimize my fittings, and hit an instant battle. |

As far as I know, no. Don't quote me on this but I have heard that a Neocom app was possible on the PSP sometime in the future. |

This would be super cool.
They have it for EVE, so I don't know why they can't do it for us.
Although there may be a problem with Sony allowing other platforms to access their networks. |

I'm almost certain they don't have this for EVE. As far as I can tell, you can only change your skill queue from within EVE.
What EVE does have is API keys, which allows 3rd party software to access your EVE data, thus making it possible to customize skill plans, view the market (possibly), and other things like this. I think they will be releasing this for Dust in the near future. |

This is what they are working on for the Vita application but who knows when it will be out anyway. |

Correct. there is now way, currently, to allocate SP outside of game in either Eve or Dust. I suspect that it's coming soon though. |
