I am getting sick to a serious degree with being dropped into fights a half a minuet or less before it ends.
But what really brings me to the point of having no words to express how badly it affects my mood and disposition is when I am dropped in to the last moments of a battle on the loosing side. And some of them have been hilariously horrific loses. Almost like there was no one on the team that was losing until I showed up. Just in time to realize how brutally my side got their arses handed to them, then boom, the "defeat"screen comes up. Thanks for playing, come back real soon!
Look. I want to play. But not so badly I can't wait for the next round.
It sucks being dropped in on the winning side too. Not as bad, though. because when you drop into a crushing defeat a split second before it ends you don't just miss out on playing, but your a loser too. What FUN!
I came to play, and I didn't get to. Yeah there's another game coming up shortly. But there's also no guarantee I won't be treated to the same experience again.
Which today I was. More than once.
Did I mention it sucks?
Because it does.
Please stop. I don't expect you to change it so I will be on the winning side all the time. And I don't want you to. That wouldn't be fun either. Just stop putting me into the game just a hair before it ends. Please. |

You may want to find a corp and a squad and group up. Solo players are slotted where they fit, but a 6 man squad will not usually be put into a match already in progress because there isn't room for 6 people.

Yep, I also joined a defeat screen while it was still loading. I personally prefer to blame the players who bail in attempt to protect their pointless W/L ratios.
Although I'm proud to say, I joined for the last 2 and a half minutes of a battle earlier, and ended up with 480 WP, and a decent reward (lucky panic scrambler pistol headshots ftw!) |
