Who let you into the Imperfects? Last time I checked, the following were considered high priority:
1. Weapon Optimals, effective and absolute ranges needed. 2. Nanite Injectors needing a fix. 3. Memory and CPU optimizations. 4. Sticky walls needing to be unstickied. |

Yes, CCP did hit some of the other high priority issues. However, the ones they didnt fix are just as, if not more, game breaking. |

On the subject. Unfortunately these issues beeing a/the priority for CCP does not guarrantee that they can be the first to be adressed. On top of that we have some parts of the devblog that i find very intriguing as they will improve the game even if they are not the fixes we need the most.
Let's just wait what 1.2 and the near future brings to the table and then discuss if it's enough to call it a successfull update. Another devblog is scheduled for this day and a third one should arrive tomorrow so there's still much to known about 1.2 that we should include into any discussions. |

1.2 actually sounds like one of the first decent sounding realistic set of goals and priorities stated in a dev. blog. A number of the things that have made me sour about this game are mentioned in it. I will wait until I actually play it before I'm convinced of anything though.
I think the commando suit is a neat role, it sounds fun as long as it's versatility is balanced well.

There is work on the suits being done right now but its a bandaid sort of fix until the bonus system is fully worked out because right now there are quite a few things the current system cannot bonus at all and would rather liked to be bonused, I mean how would you guys like it if your equipment got enhanced by your suit instead like bigger nanohives?
As for the other things we're going have to wait for CCP on answers but I can assure you CCP is AWARE of the problems. |

I agree that the Caldari Logi suit HAS to get fixed somehow.
The LAVs squishing infantry are a massive pain in the butt. One thing I think might help is that the driver and gunner should take damage when it flips over or hits something very solid (a building, for example). Another possible solution is to not allow a vehicle to AUTOMATICALLY flip itself over unless the driver gets out and flips it over manually (like a repair function). These things would make people drive them with more care.
The others are important but for me are somewhat less important.

I'm worried about that. The min logi is easily one of the weakest suits, because it has half the EHP of a cal logi. |

Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.
Thought these would be a priority.
Let's look at those things you listed there, Padan:
Caldari Logi + LAV's: Changes that can be rectified server side at virtually any point when CCP decides to fix them.
Rendering distance for players: It's relatively unclear whether they've rectified this or not, or even have the ability to do so with only one month of development time. I have a very deep set feeling that the rendering distance disparities are a result of trying to improve graphical performance.
Controls still useless: Your tears are delicious? I'm really quite interested as to whether supposed "control issues" are really affecting a wide swathe of the population. Forgive my skepticism, but the controls themselves aren't nearly as high a priority as fixing whatever technical aspects generate the horrible hit detection, and by association the problems with weapons swapping and frame rate.
For a month's worth of an update, the results aren't particularly surprising. Uprising 1.2 is also a month's worth of updates while CCP are shifting gears onto a new once-per-month update cycle. Given those insights, the results of 1.2 aren't particularly surprising. Only half of what you've listed is associated with client side patches. Is it problematic that the LAV's and Caldari Logistics don't at least have discussion threads where the developers can discuss their mentality and progress with balancing efforts? Absolutely. It's not really associated with client side patches, though. |

The roadmap blog is the big one, and you should warn CCP to expect a riot on here for a few days while people adjust to the new reality.

Kinda hard for many people to enjoy the game when the ds3 controls are complete mush. See every review of the game. Each has said controls need a huge improvement.
Rendering distance needs to be fixed. Just mind boggling why anyone would want to be able to be shot by invisible players.

Logi is fine; prefer other suits vs. nerf....scrambler rifle tweaks, etc. Mariokart is fun ...suggest better Anti-LAV equipment (at least something for the free ones) Distance is secondary to deflection and hitboxes/aiming ---> being addressed Never thought controls were intolerable. Surely not the greatest, but they work fine. Problem remains in equipment and sublte UI fixes ---> being addressed. |
