You cant be serious in asking for -ANOTHER- respec after 1.2, I mean seriously this is a lesson youre going to just have to learn and accept. You made a mistake, and fixed it by going with the flavor ofthe month. Noone forced you to go with what we all knew was going to inevitably get fixed. New armor modules coming out probably wont even touch the whopping issues with Shield vs Armor tanking in infantry considering the Ferroscale - having no speed reductions - will probably get used by shield tankers anyway.
So, no. This player doesnt think you should have your hand held through every update. Just because new materials come out doesnt mean you cansuddenly change your mind on things, nor because it was nerfed when we knew it was going to anyway. You should have tosave up SP for your new toy like the rest of us. I made some stupid decisions (Medium Frame V thinking it affected the Assault bonus ala Eve) but I manned up and moved on.
As much as I give people **** for saying it thisis truly an issue where you should HTFU and be proud of your stupid decisions. Plus its more rewarding when you work for it. This isnt minecraft with hacks, youre in it for the long run kiddo.
Sorry buddy but CCP is forcing people to go with the fat heavy Amarr (for example) or save your sp for what, let me see, they took like 3 months to fix something that they already had pretty well in the last build, so yeah, save your sp for 2 years (maybe) to use something that you want. Yes, I'm sorry because I'm telling you this, CCP is forcing you.
The "new content" that they say will support the game for 10 years, is the basic content that it musted to be here when the game went relase.
They relased the half (maybe I'm too good saying half) of the game as a "full relase" even without the possibility of use any race that you want.
But yeah, they're forcing you, forcing me, forcing Yoda, they're forcing all. |

I could cope with another respec in X month after several successive updates and balance pass considering the state of the game and before a proper respec system is added (1/2 respec per year). Other than that, respecs cannot happend every 2 weeks or so. OR when the slightest thing gets adjusted.
I'm sorry because I'm too good to be a CPM but, maybe respec won't be needed if CCP make a good update and they don't need to fix/add/balance every 2 weeks? (something that they doesn't do) That's a possibility too right? You're saying that you want to be like 6 months with a game that is bleeding till you make another big update full of bugs and problems. Yes that's the spirit of the capitalism. Good for you. |
